🟢 Basic – $75

For clients who provide everything needed.
You supply:

• Final wording

• Images/logos (if applicable)

• Layout/design direction

• Color Palette

Includes:
✅ Custom digital design (PDF/PNG)
✅ 1 round of revision
⏱ 2-3 business day turnaround unless otherwise noted

🟡 Standard – $125

For clients who give rough content but need it cleaned up.
You supply:

• Bullet points or partial draft

• Loose layout ideas

• Branding/color preferences

Includes:
✅ Light copy editing + formatting
✅ Custom digital design (PDF/PNG)
✅ 1 round of revision
⏱ 3–5 business day turnaround unless otherwise noted

🔴 Premium – $175

For clients starting from scratch or needing full creative support.
You supply:

• The goal and key details—I handle the rest

Includes:
✅ Professional wording (e.g., branding message, CTA)
✅ Custom layout + formatting
✅ Color palette selection (if applicable)
✅ Font palette selection (if applicable)
✅ Final branded, polished design
✅ 1 round of revision
⏱ 5–7 business day turnaround

❗Design Policies

🛑 Project Start Policy

Design work will not begin until all required information is provided (logos, text, size, theme, etc.).
Additions made after design has started will be considered revisions and billed at $30 per instance. 

🔁 Revision Policy

• One complimentary revision round per design

• Revisions must be submitted together

• Minor = color tweaks, small text edits, element alignment

• Major = layout overhaul, photo swaps, content changes

• Minor revisions after the first round: +$30

• Major revisions: starting at $75

• All revisions must be submitted within 10 days of delivery

💵 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required upfront

• No drafts or previews shared before payment

• All design fees are non-refundable

🚫 File Policy – For All Custom Designs

At this time, The Cozy Season Shop does not offer vendor-ready files or editable source files for apparel, drinkware, or printed goods.

Custom designs are created for use within The Cozy Season Shop only, and are not intended for transfer to other printers or third-party production vendors.

If you're looking for custom merch or products, I’m happy to create and print them for you through my shop. This ensures quality, brand protection, and a smooth customer experience.
