Refund policy

Every item is handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur between the image and the finished product. These differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade items. Additionally, screens and monitors may affect the appearance of colors in photos. We strive to match the colors in the photo as closely as possible to the actual product.

Images: Please note, unless otherwise specified, any glitter, rhinestones, or foil elements shown in product images (such as on mugs, tumblers, shirts, etc.) are simulated and part of the printed artwork. These elements will not be physically included in the product. The design is printed to give the illusion of these decorative elements.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at info@cozyseason.shop. 

If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the issue was our fault (damaged or incorrect item). If the return is due to customer preference or a non-defective issue, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After the package has been marked as delivered by the courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, local drop-off, etc.), you have 1 day to contact us regarding any of the above-mentioned issues. No returns, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted after 1 day.

Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital Design and Start-Up Fees: All fees associated with custom digital design services and project "Start-Up" costs are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Commencement of Work: Once the design process has officially commenced, these fees cannot be recovered as they cover professional labor and creative time.

  • Custom and Personalized Goods: Special orders or personalized items (e.g., custom apparel, drinkware, or products utilizing digital designs) are final sale.

  • Additional Categories: Straw charms, straw toppers, lingerie, seasonal items, gift cards, and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

Please note that the list of non-returnable items provided above is not exhaustive, and if you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of a specific item for return, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for clarification.

Replacements and Store Credits: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, a replacement will be sent (if available), or store credit will be issued equivalent to the amount paid for your item if it is no longer in stock. Store credit must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance. If we do not receive the returned item within 14 days of approving the return, the request will be canceled.
