Processing & Shipping
All in-stock and Ready to Ship (RTS) inventory orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping times will depend on the Shipping method you selected at Check Out.Â
Design Phase for Custom or Specialty Orders
All custom orders must go through a design phase prior to production. The start-up cost for your custom design is included in the price. Unless we are otherwise notified by you, the customer, all custom or specialty design requests will default to Cozy Season's personal design choice. If you'd like to approve the design before we proceed with production, please let us know ahead of time by typing it in the "Special Instructions" box prior to placing your order. You will be presented with the design via email or text message. Any change requests will result in a delay of production. A design fee will be applied after 2 design change request are made. Production will not begin until we receive your approval. Any change requests made after the approval will result in an additional design fee of $25.00 per change request. Design Phase time is not included in the Production time or Shipping Time.

Production Times for Custom, Rhinestone and Specialty Orders
Production times vary for all different types of cups. For any snow globe cup, we like to let the cup sit for 2-3 days after sealing and prior to decorating the cup. During those times, we will shake the cup and flip it frequently to ensure there are no leaks.
Production for custom orders is currently as follows:

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders under $49 come with Free Shipping. All other Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of the U.S. Â
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local drop off. Cozy Season is not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, or damages that occur in transit.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
